Meet the Nutritionist

Romely Ritoli RDN, CD-N is a registered dietitian with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Central Connecticut State University.

Romely Ritoli and familyRomely Ritoli is a registered dietitian with a bachelor of science degree in Biology from Central Connecticut State University as well as a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business and Economics.  She successfully completed professional training in a General Dietetics Program at Saint Joseph's College accredited by the American Dietetics Association. During her practicum experience and past employment she provided Medical Nutrition Therapy at Joslin Center for Diabetes, Connecticut Children's Medical Center, Jefferson House and Saint Francis Hospital.

Along with a clinical background, Romely has received training in and provided community nutrition and out-patient counseling and education. She has experience with weight reduction meal planning and Food Service Management and is certified in Food Sanitation. Romely Ritoli is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the American Diabetes Association and a lifetime member of Cooking Club of America.
